David is a licensed attorney who has served as an IP practitioner in Michigan, and In-House counsel for companies in North America and internationally. Admitted to Practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern Districts of Michigan and Texas, and Northern District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. David has extensive experience drafting various Business and IP related agreements and participated in litigation support activities. David has also counseled clients and companies on a variety of strategic intellectual property and business matters and strategies.
